I am extremely pleased with the support we received from Kim. She is obviously very knowledgeable about the greater Austin area. Kim has the ability as a sales/service person to listen; she took time to understand who we were, why we moved to Austin, what we liked and only then started to propose certain properties to further zoom into what we liked from a location, style and budget perspective. Once in a while she would throw in an outsider but more to confirm that her understanding of our desire was correct. We reached a close on a nice house in Dripping Springs quickly and Kim was available, reactive and planned every step as she was part of the buying team, not just a realtor that does her job. She has a great personality, very professional yet sincere. She offered us other advice relative to getting to know the Austin area.
