When my wife and I staged our house she knew exactly what potential buyers would like and what needed to be put in storage. If she said she would get a document to us on a certain day, you could guarantee you would receive it that day. She gave us her cell phone and if we would text her a question she would respond right away, if she didn't know the answer she would say she would find out and tell us when we she would have the answer. Even though she was very busy, and probably had a lot of clients, we felt as if we were her only client. I would highly recommend Kim.
